For small or medium size businesses (SME) from Nairobi, Meru, Isiolo and Kiambu County we offer a yearly renewable contract for IT SUPPORT SERVICES for only Ksh. 5,000/- +VAT monthly.
For the above mentioned charges Abbot (K) Limited as Consultant shall provide:
- Advising business how to best use information technology to meet business objectives.
- Management of IT systems from customer's perspective.
- Once a week performing routine computers/workstations/networking check up and:
a) assuring that all computers, workstations and networking work in the highest possible performance and performing necessary repairs;
b) assuring high security of all workstations;
c) removing obsolete data received from the Internet/usage of the computers;
d) systems/software updates.
- Informing Client about new software which appears on the market and is related to his business. Providing it if required by the Client.
- On site or in the Consultant’s service repairs and maintenance of workstations;
- Emergency service (on call) within 8 working hours.
- Installation of new software if required by the Client.
- A security model that is used to protect an entire platform and secures the entire span of software or devices on that platform.
-Training Client’s staff members on use of computers, workstations and server applications, on use of networking and on security issues.

- Client should pay for any hardware to be replaced and for new software to be installed.
